My Inspiration
On my daily walks out in nature and down by the seashore, I am constantly captured by the beautiful canvas of the sky, sea, and earth, that literally takes my breath away. I am drawn to the raw power of the natural environment and the sublime effect of light on the water. My work is some small attempt to convey to the viewer what I have felt in those moments of absorbing my surroundings. I am constantly inspired by the works of artists like Turner, Friedrich, and Rothko.
